Embark Studios is getting ready for the big launch of ARC Raiders, and players will soon get a final chance to test it out.
A new Server Slam Teaser Trailer has just dropped, confirming that the upcoming event will run from October 17 to October 19 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store).

The “Server Slam” is essentially a large-scale stress test, giving players early access and at the same time helping the devs adjust servers before the official launch on October 30.

A Dangerous New World
Set in a ravaged future Earth, ARC Raiders is a multiplayer extraction shooter where players, known as Raiders, scavenge the surface for valuable resources. You will be fending off both mechanical enemies and other players. The world above, called the Rust Belt, is a massive wasteland full of abandoned cities, collapsed infrastructure, and deadly machines called ARCs.
You can play missions alone or in squads of up to three players, choosing between stealthy looting or full-on combat. Success means bringing your loot back to Speranza, a subterranean hub where Raiders upgrade their gear, craft new weapons, and prepare for the next risky topside scavenge hunt.
Enemies, Events, and Environments
From small spider-like Ticks to massive flying Hornets and Queens, ARC enemies come in all shapes and sizes. Other Raiders can also hunt you down and steal your loot.
Each location will offer different conditions such as Night Raids, Electromagnetic Storms, and Harvest Season. Each of those will change the gameplay and rewards you obtain.
Customization and Progression
You can personalize your Raiders with different faces, hairstyles, outfits, backpacks, and even cosmetic companions like the helpful Scrappy (a rooster who collects loot).
You will unlock gear, skills, and new abilities by leveling up and completing challenges, or by using Raider Decks. This is a reward system offering both free and paid progression tracks, a bit like a battle pass.
Pre-Order Rewards
Embark Studios also announced the Bruiser Bundle, a bonus package for anyone who pre-orders the game.
It includes the Bruised Face Style, Punch Hands emote, and Boxing Gloves Backpack, along with the Lucky Duck Bundle featuring two exclusive backpack charms.
Solo or with friends, ARC Raiders promises a mix of chaotic combat, looting, and a world full of surprises. The Server Slam runs October 17-19, so get ready, Raiders, the Rust Belt awaits!
