Blizzard has nerfed Mythic Silken Court to the ground after more than 928 guilds were left stuck on the boss.
What’s Changed?
Here are the changes Blizzard to Mythic Silken Court via hotfixes today:

Web Bomb no longer creates a 
Mote of Unrelenting Rage or a 
Mote of Overwrought Paranoia on Mythic Difficulty on all players hit. - Burning Rage now deals lethal damage at 5 stacks (up from 4).
Void Degeneration now inflicts lethal damage at 5 stacks (up from 4).
Stinging Swarm – Only 4 stacks are required for 
Stinging Delirium (down from 5).
