How Long Does It Take to Beat?

According to the developers and recent previews, Bloodlines 2 will take around 25–30 hours to finish the main story. If you are a complenionist, however, you can probably expect something closer to 40 hours. Of course, that depends on how many side stories, clan paths, and other dialogue options you explore.

Each clan offers different playstyles and powers, so replaying the story with another background will easily add a few dozen more hours.

A Long Road to Release

Bloodlines 2 has been through several studio changes since its 2019 reveal, but now it looks like the wait might have truly paid off. The new team at “The Chinese Room” rebuilt much of the game from scratch, while keeping the dark tone of the original and modernizing combat as well as story flow.
