Marvel Rivals Season 5 has just begun, but rumors are already beginning to spread about the next set of characters, even before Rogue is out. Fans have begun theorizing that Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone are coming to Marvel Rivals in Season 6.
Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone Teases Spark Fan Hype
One of the gallery cards found in Season 5 has the Collector likely referencing Deadpool and also Elsa Bloodstone. Initially, Deadpool is the most likely, as they have been circulating throughout the Marvel Rivals community for some time now. The reason is that some character interactions were leaked way back before Daredevil came out.
The full excerpt is as follows:
“But since the Grandmaster was the one who caused this mess in the first place, I feel strangely inspired to beat him at his own game. And I know just how to do it. Believe it or not, I happen to have a few Earth-born operatives of my own that have been working for me behind the scenes: a blathering, foul-mouthed mercenary and a monster hunter as deadly as she is beautiful. They already know my Gallery well, and they won’t hesitate to pull the trigger when they find their targets. Plus, they will make the chase far more amusing to watch. Hmm… Perhaps Terrans are good for something after all…”
A “foul-mouthed mercenary” fits no one else other than Deadpool, and “a monster hunter as deadly as she is beautiful” fits the bill perfectly for Elsa Bloodstone. Not only that, but both characters have worked together several times in the past, so it also fits pretty well, even if Cable isn’t around.
Other Possible Roster Additions
Alongside the Season 5 rollout, a handful of new teases have popped up, and fans are already firing off predictions about who could be next. Beyond the obvious contenders—Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone potentially arriving in Season 6—we already know Cyclops is on the way. He showed up in the Season 5 trailer and is likely coming to the roster, though it might play out like Blade: present in the story now, but not actually playable until later.
Other strong contenders include Black Cat and Kingpin, thanks to fresh name drops hidden around the new Times Square map. And players are definitely paying attention this time—after all, Daredevil was first teased the same way back in Season 1 with a billboard in Midtown.
