Devastation and Devourer Nerfs, Housing Changes, Ascension Improvements: Midnight Pre-Patch Weekly Hotfix Summary, February 2nd – 9th

Here comes the weekly hotfix summary, as the pre-patch updates slow down a little, just ahead of the second phase launching today/this reset.

Devastation Evokers got a fix for more-than-intended uses of Deep Breath, which was propping them up quite a bit in the higher percentile DPS ranks. Certain housing decor got some price adjustments, and a new table was added. Squish concerns are still ongoing, as Timewalking rewards got a fix for some incorrect item levels. The big Devourer PvP nerf arrived as well, along with a smaller Hunter nerf. The pre-patch event got some QoL additions, from timers to proper announcements for spawns. The big change, however, was the change to its weekly quests, as they are now per-character! There was also a boost to rewards, as Resonance Crystals and Insignias are now both rewarded for event World Quests.
