Fortnite revealed an all-new Reload map: Slurp Rush! Dive into this Slurp-soaked island featuring iconic Chapter 2 locations. It is available now with the v34.30 April 15 hotfix, alongside a rank reset and a new loot pool.
This map is a Slurp-lover’s paradise, where Shield Potions won’t be as necessary thanks to the excessive volume of Slurp on the island. Slurp Rush will be the only Reload map for two weeks before joining the regular map rotation with the v34.40 April 29 hotfix.
Chapter 2 Locations Featured in Slurp Rush
- The Slurpworks
- Once again under the watch of Slurp Co., The Slurpworks returns. Sure, their history with contaminated water sources is questionable — but in Fortnite, the more Slurp, the better.
- Steamy Stacks
- The iconic Cube-powered facility is back! Its updrafts can still send you soaring, and the radiation? Let’s just say no one’s paying for X-rays around here.
- Dirty Docks
- A crate-filled industrial dockyard packed with shipping containers, cranes, and wide-open warehouses. Lifeguard not included. Primary export: you guessed it — Slurp.
Rank Reset in Reload
It is time to reset the leaderboard! You have to play at least one Ranked Reload match to have a new spot on the board. Your starting rank will be based on your placement from the last period.
Reminder: New Epic accounts (that have never logged into Fortnite before) must complete the “Outlast 500 Opponents” quest before unlocking ranked modes.

Level up and Unlock Vanguard Zadie
From April 15 at 9am ET to May 6 at 9am ET, log in to unlock the Vanguard Zadie quests. These reward you with the Vanguard Zadie outfit, marked with the emblem of your highest achieved rank tier.
The quest also rewards the following items if the required level is reached by June 7, 2025, 9am ET:
- 15 Account Levels: Zadie’s Blade Pickaxe
- 30 Account Levels : Zadie’s Blade Back Bling
- 50 Account Levels: Vanguard Zadie Outfit
The emblem on your Vanguard Zadie will match your highest rank tier across Battle Royale, Zero Build, Reload, OG, Ballistic, and Rocket Racing — now and in future seasons. For example, if you reach Diamond II in OG, you unlock the Diamond emblem for Vanguard Zadie, plus every emblem below it.
Finally, if you compete in the Elite Zadie Reload Cups on April 26 and 27 you can earn the Elite Zadie Outfit. You can check the Compete tab in-game, or the official competitive schedule for more event details.
