It looks like Forza Horizon 6 may have just revealed its release window early, and some seriously big plans for fans of the series. The leak comes from an in-game pop-up in Forza Horizon 5, showing details about launch timing, editions, and post-launch content.
Keep in mind that nothing has been officially confirmed by Microsoft or Playground Games yet, but the information is detailed enough to make it worth a closer look.
Release Dates and Early Access
According to the leak, Forza Horizon 6’s standard edition should launch on May 19, 2026, with an Early Access period starting May 15 for players who purchase the Premium Upgrade. That is four days to play early before everyone else. Not a huge gap, but enough to get a head start on racing, exploring, and collecting cars.
What Would Be Included in the Premium Upgrade
The leaked details also give some information about what would come with the Premium Edition or pre-orders:

- Welcome Pack
- Car Pass
- Time Attack Car Pack
- Italian Passion Car Pack (coming post-launch)
- 2 Premium Expansions (also post-launch)
- Exclusive tuned Ferrari J50 for pre-orders
This looks like a classic Forza Horizon release package, with plenty of post-launch content to keep players coming back, and a few nice pre-order bonuses.
Over 550 Cars and Packs
The leak also mentions 550+ real cars, a number that already has us excited. From the pop-up, it seems Playground Games is planning a huge roster of vehicles right from the start, with multiple car packs and expansions planned for post-launch.
It is unknown if this includes fan-favorite classics or some new rides, but it is going to be one of the biggest lineups in the series.
As always with leaks, take all of this with a grain of salt. Microsoft has not confirmed anything, and all of this can still change. But if it is true, Forza Horizon 6 will be a really nice entry to the series.
