We have more tuning coming with this week’s big pre-Mythic+/Mythic raid balance pass! Three specs are getting attention, with Frost DK and Arms getting buffs, and Guardian catching quite a few nerfs. You can read the full tuning changes coming with the reset here.
Updated the OP with the following additional adjustments that will be included in this pass:

- All damage increased by 4%. Not applied to PvP combat.

- Maul, Raze, and Ravage damage reduced by 20%.
- Heart of the Wild: Cat Form and Moonkin Form damage reduced by 20%.
- Moonfire and Red Moon damage reduced by 10%.
- Season 1 4-piece set bonus: Celestial Might causes your Maul, Raze and Ravage to strike again at 50% effectiveness (was 100%).
