The Venomous Abyss Hall of Fame is officially full. More than 200 guilds have now completed the Venomous Abyss raid on Mythic difficulty – Just in time for the release of Patch 12.1.5!

Like all other Hall of Fame achievements, guilds can complete the raid and obtain the Famed Slayer of Ula’tek title until the next weekly reset.
This has been a rather interesting tier according to progstats. Progression up to the Twin Fangs fight has been pretty straightforward, with Mythic Coiled Altar proving to be the hardest hurdle guilds have to go through this tier – especially after the massive Ula’tek nerfs we’ve seen from last week.
According to progstats, as of the time of posting, 1020 guilds have killed Mythic Twin Fangs, with the number going down significantly to 263 guilds killing Mythic Coiled Altar. After the nerfs to Ula’tek, guilds are finding themselves in a situation similar to that of Liberation of Undermine, where the penultimate boss (Mug’zee or Coiled Altar) is the true final hurdle, while the final boss (Gallywix or Ula’tek) ends up being more of a victory lap.
This is the first time in a while that the Hall of Fame has closed this close to the end of a week, giving NA guilds still progressing through Ula’tek a little under a day before the reset. EU has a little under two days before their weekly reset on Wednesday.
Good luck to all the title contenders!
