First Aid is receiving substantial buffs in WoW Forever. Besides keeping its regular bandages, First Aid will now be able to craft Healing Potions, taking these recipes away from Alchemy.
Healing Potions for First Aid
While being crafted by Alchemy in other WoW versions, Healing Potions are crafted by First Aid in WoW: Forever. Here are the required levels for each potion:
Minor Healing Potion – First Aid Level 55
Lesser Healing Potion – First Aid Level 85
Healing Potion – First Aid Level 135
Greater Healing Potion – First Aid Level 155 (from Manual: Greater Healing Potion)
Superior Healing Potion – First Aid Level 215 (from Manual: Superior Healing Potion)
Major Healing Potion – First Aid Level 275 (from Manual: Major Healing Potion)
With this change, the materials required for potions have changed slightly as well. They still require herbs and vials, but now also require cooking recipes like 
Mild Spices and Hot Spices.
Impact of This Change
While some classes used to skip First Aid due to having the ability to self-heal, with this change, most, if not all, will be inclined to train it. Having health potions available while leveling is a huge change, as it allows you to have potions on demand.
