Blizzard has announced some of the classes that will be available at launch for Diablo 5:
- Demon Hunter
- Monk
- Plague Knight
Additionally, Blizzard has commented that Diablo 5 will launch with more classes than other Diablo games.
Iconic Heroes Return and A New One Rises
The team offered an early look at how they’re thinking about class identity, progression, and loot. During the panel, we revealed the first three classes coming to Diablo V:
Demon Hunter
The Demon Hunter returns to stalk the forces of Hell with twin crossbows, striking from the shadows and leaping across the battlefield to annihilate their prey.
Monk
The Monk brings martial perfection back to Sanctuary, battering demons to a pulp with fists and calling down holy power to smite those who stand in their path.
Plague Knight
The all-new Plague Knight is the embodiment of walking death. They roam the battlefield, spreading disease and pestilence, ultimately consuming it for power.
These are only the first of the classes we’ll reveal on the road to Diablo V, with more details on their combat, progression, and build possibilities to come.
