Neverness to Everness is launching soon, and we will not be starting empty-handed. By this, we mean that you will obtain multiple free characters that will be useful for your early progression!
Between story, various systems, and events, the game gifts several free characters, including even an S-Rank character that should give you a nice bonus at the start of the game.
All Free Characters at Launch
With that many free characters, you can pretty much make a full team that will carry you at least through the main story, and a bit further. Mint is an ok early-game carry with AoE damage, Adler can outperform higher rarity characters in single-target fights, and Chiz is also interesting, since she can be fully upgraded for free over time.
Even the main character, Zero, can hold on pretty long depending on who you pull during launch.
