Recent leaks tied to Genshin Impact has surfaced online, outlining early details about upcoming characters and mechanics. These 3 new potential upcoming characters are Sandrone, Nicole and Linnea.
According to the information shared, the long anticipated Harbinger Sandrone is expected to function as a Superconduct-focused DPS. Her kit reportedly revolves around entering a special state that converts accumulated Crystalize damage into a single instance of high damage that does not benefit from standard DMG Bonus modifiers. In Cryo and Electro based team compositions, elemental damage would be prioritised. The leaks also claim her reaction trigger frequency would occur roughly every six seconds, with higher Cryo/Electro application speeding up reaction settling.
There are also hints about how Sandrone might compare to other Cryo units, with early commentary suggesting she may not replace established top-tier characters but could enable distinct reaction based playstyles. One note claims that her Cryo application alone may not be exceptionally strong, though pairing her with Electro units could significantly amplify overall damage output.
The post further references Nicole, describing her as a flexible sub-DPS whose kit scales from Elemental Mastery. She is said to provide buffs based on Crystalize reactions and potentially boost the active character’s damage. However, some commentary in the leak suggests she may not dramatically exceed expectations in raw output.
Meanwhile, Linnea is described as a Geo support option. Her kit allegedly includes scaling from Elemental Mastery and tools that enhance Cryo-based reactions, particularly in Lunar-Crystalize setups. Early theories suggests that maximising her value could require high stat investment, including significant Energy Recharge and possibly DEF scaling.
As with all pre-release information, these details remain unverified and subject to change before any official announcements. HoYoverse has not confirmed the accuracy of the claims.
