New Solo Hall of Fame Available This Week – Earn Exclusive Title

Patch 12.1.5 arrives this week, bringing with it a new type of instance: labyrinths! Together with them, players have a unique opportunity to earn an exclusive title this week by defeating Kindo’jan solo on Tier 11.

By completing the new labyrinth and defeating Kindo’Jan solo during the first week of Patch 12.1.5, you will earn the achievement Fabled Let Me Solo Him: Kindo’jan, and receive the title Fabled Vanquisher of The First Hash’ey.

What is a Labyrinth?

You can think of labyrinths as mega delves. Unlike delves, you can take a labyrinth in multiple sittings, and you can return to where you left off. WoW’s first labyrinth, The Labyrinth of Kindo’Jan, is structured as nine different chambers, each with its own objective, changing every run. Upon completing the nine chambers the first time on Tier 8 or higher, you unlock access to Kindo’Jan.

Fighting Kindo’Jan

The fight against Kindo’Jan is very mechanically intensive. Prepare to avoid many different mechanics and dance a lot. The main mechanic of the encounter is Disgraceful Display. Failing three avoidable mechanics within a 5-minute window will instantly kill you.

During the first 90 seconds of the fight, you’ll face Kindo’Jan alone, followed by an intermission that introduces you to the Loa Speaker. After that, Kindo’Jan returns, and you’ll proceed to deal with his mechanics at random while overlapping with Loa Speaker mechanics.

Kindo’Jan Mechanics

• Eruption of Mojo
  • Kindo’Jan will spawn many circles on the ground; dodge them.
  • Erratic Mojo will also spawn at your current location and remain there for the remainder of the fight.
• Hash’ey’s Command
  • Four Amani Headhunters spawn in the room and cast Axe Barrage circles.
  • You don’t need to kill them, as Axe Barrage does not trigger Disgraceful Display, but the damage from the barrage in combination with the rest of the fight might overwhelm you.
• Whirling Axes
  • Four circles will travel around the platform before returning to the original location.
• Crushing Blow
  • Slam in melee and spawn an Amani Juggernaught in the middle of the platform.
  • The juggernaut will try to knock you with Phalanx Charge and cast Amani Aegis to reduce the damage taken.
  • Focus on killing these adds as fast as possible.

Loa Speaker Abilities

• De Rising Storm
  • Big bird spawns in the middle of the room. Spawns a windstream that drags you out of the arena.
  • There will be safe spots where you can avoid the drag effect.
• Gambit in de Shadows
  • Four tigers spawn and focus on Valeera. Only one of them is real; you must stand between the real one and Valeera, or she will be immediately incapacitated.
  • The real one has a faint white circle under it.
• Ursine Rampage
  • Multiple bear images will appear and start charging across the platform. Stand in the gaps to avoid getting hit.
• Cleansing Flame
  • Two Dragonhawks will spawn and need to be soaked.
  • Valeera will always soak one and ping which one she’s going for.
  • If a Juggernaught is active, you need to reposition back to the soak area quickly after its Phalanx Charge.
