NTE’s Porsche 918 Spyder Looks Much More Reachable Than Players Expected

Everyone is waiting only for one thing in Neverness to Everness, and it is not a new character, but a pretty cool car. The Porsche collaboration is finally arriving with Version 1.1, and we now know exactly how the event will work.

And even better, we also know how much that beautiful Porsche 918 Spyder could end up costing.

Keep in mind that no matter what, the numbers are certainly not cheap, and even if early calculations suggest that free-to-play players may really be able to reach the guaranteed reward before the collaboration ends, it will not be easy, especially if you did not pre-save anything.

How the Porsche Event Works

NTE Porsche Collab

The NTE × Porsche collaboration introduces a special “Everdriving” Mystery Box event running from June 3 to July 8.

Basically, you can open Mystery Boxes using either 50 Annulith or 50,000 Fons for the first pull. The problem is that every pull becomes more expensive than the previous one. There are a total of 15 Mystery Boxes, and opening all of them guarantees every reward in the pool, including:

  • Porsche 918 Spyder
  • Appraiser Zero’s exclusive “Perfect Partners” outfit
  • Exclusive avatar frame
  • Exclusive namecard
  • Additional event rewards

According to those who play on the Chinese version, where the event is already live, the chances of obtaining anything valuable (so Porsche or skin) before 10-12 pulls are very, very low. So you should expect having to pull 15 times.

The Worst-Case Cost

Some players made the calculations based on the official information, and the Chinese servers, and it turns out that all 15 pulls require:

  • 12,980 Annulith
  • 19,880,000 Fons

The final pull alone costs a huge 2,200 Annulith or 4.2 million Fons. Needless to say, this is not exactly a budget-friendly Porsche.

Surprisingly Reachable for F2P Players

The good news is that Version 1.1 appears to provide an enormous amount of Fons through regular gameplay. If you complete everything available during the event period, you can earn around 12.5 million Fons through activities such as:

  • Beyond the Rails
  • Salvage Station
  • Font Rush
  • Daily missions
  • Weekly deliveries
  • Café rewards
  • Pink Bank Heist
  • Event rewards
  • Other recurring activities

That is not enough to fully guarantee the car from zero, but it does cover a significant portion of the total cost. For players who have already been saving Fons before Version 1.1 launches, reaching the 15-pull guarantee suddenly looks much more realistic than many originally expected.

However, if you spend all your Fons up until now, you might have to be really lucky, or you will have to split the cost between Fons and Annulith. This also implies that you do have to really be efficient and actively play every single day to get the maximum amount of Fons possible during the event.

As mentioned, if you were hoping to grab the Porsche in a handful of pulls, current data from Chinese servers suggests you should probably keep your expectations in check. Many players report needing 15 pulls to obtain the Porsche.

In other words, if the Porsche is your goal, it is probably best to plan around the full cost rather than hoping for exceptional luck.

Still, for a collaboration vehicle that can technically be earned through gameplay currency alone, many players see that as a far better outcome than initially feared when the Porsche partnership was first announced.
