With Patch 12.1 being live, Blizzard has posted their typical known issues list. Most issues are affecting Housing right now, including one making locals appear midair.
Two important bugs from Housing:
- Entry rooms can’t be relocated
- Ren’dorei Anvil plans can’t be refunded
Other bugs seem to be only minor grievances.

12.1 KNOWN ISSUES

Housing
- Blueprints
- Importing Exteriors from different plots can result in an undesireable Orientation.
- Decor
- Dye cannot be applied to Spiral Wooden Stairs.
- Dye does not affect Razorwind Roofer’s Shingle.
- Textures from connected rooms may clip through an adjoining wall with Stormwind Kitchen.
- Plans: Ren’dorei Anvil cannot be refunded.
- Features
- The entry room for a house cannot be moved to another location in the house.
- Locals who visit in Razorwind Shores may spawn in midair.
User Interface
- The Helptip that appears next to a quest (indicating that it can be tracked) may reappear even after it has been closed.
- Training Grounds
- The Join Battle button can be clicked again after you’ve entered the queue.
- The losing team may receive a message incorrectly stating that the winning team surrendered.
- The Scoreboard displays an unnecessary ‘Rounds Won’ column.
