A new patch often brings trouble, and Siren Isle is no exception. Players have been noticing their items from the Mountain Dew/Rockstar/Doritos promotion are either disappearing or turning into the default missing texture cube!

From the big one, the 
Hateforged Blazecycle, to toys and pets, it seems the new patch broke something with the promotional items. However, not all players are losing the same things, as Gonji89 seems to be among the unluckiest, losing the mount, pets, tabards, and belts, and having his 
Thrillbot 9000 turn into a cube!
The mount and pets are simply gone from the journal, while the bot… well, he’s seen better days. Many other players are reporting similar issues, but mostly they seem to still have the Blazecycle at least. Certain addons even make the situation very clear as they send a message that the Chillbot has been removed from the collection.
This should be fixed soon, hopefully, as it seems like a similar issue to the recent Frostfire Mage buff reversion. The losing of these items is especially problematic, as they come from a paid feature/promotion. Even more so for those players outside the US who had to use more expensive means to get their items.
Blizzard have been made aware, as there are plenty of players talking about it on the official forums as well. So let’s see if this gets fixed in the next day or so. Or perhaps players might have to ride a blue and white cube around instead!
