After what seemed like an eternity, Rextroy returns with 300 million damage one-shotting raid bosses!
Rextroy is back, and this time he’s casually one-shotting Gnarloot using critters. How is that even possible? In his YouTube video description, Rextroy explains a bug from May involving critter damage transfer. While testing with a Rogue, he noticed something odd: hitting a critter for just 1.7K damage and having only 0.01% Leech, he still healed for 1,000 health—way more than expected.
He dug deeper by testing with a Frost Mage’s 2-set bonus, which deals 15% of 
Glacial Spike‘s damage to nearby enemies. Shockingly, this resulted in 204 million damage to himself, leading him to believe that Blizzard’s previous bug fix might have been broken in the pre-patch.
Rextroy then took it a step further, kiting a critter into the Amirdrassil raid and using the bug to one-shot bosses. This worked on two of them before he decided to stop.
Of course, the bug has been reported to Blizzard and fixed on the beta realms.
