Flotsam Shal, the Siren Isle hub, contains a vendor that sells catch-up gear for 
Flame-Blessed Iron. This currency drops everywhere on the isle and you can even send it to your alts, so obtaining catch-up gear will be easy in the Siren Isle update.
Item Level 584 Veteran Gear can be upgraded to Item Level 606 with Valorstones and 
Carved Harbinger Crests!

Every item has a different cost depending on the slot.
- One-Hand Weapon – Costs 175 iron.
- Two-Hand Weapon – Costs 350 iron.
- Neck, Back, Wrist, Ring – Costs 105 iron.
- Waist – Costs 140 iron.
- Head, Chest, Legs – Costs 175 iron.
- Hands, Feet, Trinket – Costs 140 iron.
Pro Tip: If you have a lot of excess Flame-Blessed Iron on your main, you can send it to your alt for free!
