The Year of the Fire Horse is coming in 2026 and WoW players will be able to get their hands on a new Fire mount and pet!

When Can We Expect to See This Mount?
Well, Lunar New Year mounts usually become available in January/February, and we don’t expect this to change. We should see the mount and pet in the game in January or February 2026.
Is the Mount Locked Behind a Subscription?
In 2025, Blizzard introduced the 
Timbered Sky Snake and players who subscribed to WoW for 6 months got it completely free of charge.
We anticipate the same for the Fire House mount and pet.
