Haranir Allied Race Requirements
The Haranir Allied Race has one requirement to unlock: Complete the main storyline in Harandar, via the achievement 
One Does Not Simply Walk Into Harandar. Most players should have already obtained this achievement on their journey to max level in Midnight.
How to Unlock the Haranir Allied Race
Once you finish the Harandar storyline, Elder Hagar will be waiting for you in Silvermoon, next to the Harandar portal in the Gardens of Remembrance. Hagar will offer you The War Beyond the Roots, which requires you to speak with Lor’themar Theron in the Sanctum of Light. This will give you the achievement
