The Patch Notes from January 22 Include more Bug Fixes and QoL Updates

The Brighter Shores team, led by Andrew Gower, has released another small update yesterday on January 22, 2025. This patch focuses on fixing some lingering bugs and includes a quality-of-life improvement aimed at making the game experience even better.

Here is a quick overview of what has been updated:

Quality of Life Improvements:

  • NPCs will no longer block foraging and gathering spots. For instance, wolves will no longer stand on top of femur shards, making resource collection less frustrating.

Bug Fixes:

  • The logout button on the passive activity footer is now disabled until the activity starts and it’s safe to log out.
  • Players should now auto-retaliate in combat more consistently.
  • Several typos have been corrected throughout the game.

This patch may be small, but these fixes and improvements show once more that the team is dedicated to continuing to improve the Brighter Shores experience!
