Zenless Zone Zero is getting its own Collector’s Edition later this year, with pre-orders now officially open ahead of a summer 2026 release.
At first, it looks like a pretty standard bundle: a physical PS5 or Xbox copy of the game, a handful of acrylic merch, some cards, and a code for in-game bonuses. It does sound really nice, and it is a good way to give some support to the game and get a few real-life goodies out of it.
But there is one small detail that is hard to ignore: the price of the bundles. Now that this is out in the open, players are not really sure those Bundles are worth it.
What Is Included in Those Collector Editions?
First, it is important to remind you that the Collector’s Editions concern only PlayStation 5 and Xbox. There is no physical version for PC. So if you want those goodies, you will have to buy a physical version of the game for Xbox or PS5, even if you do not generally play on console.
The two bundles contain the same bonuses:
- A physical game disc and cover
- An NFC-enabled acrylic modular standee (Anby themed). This one can be a bit confusing. There are no details on this officially, but if we take into account other similar items, it should be a small display piece (standee) that has an NFC chip embedded. Basically, the acrylic figure is not just decorative, but it can interact with your game or device. This usually means stuff like triggering a small animation or such with the in-game character.
- A set of character photo cards
- A Proxy avatar card, badge, and postcard
- An in-game item code with an exclusive reward (details still unknown)

It is the kind of package that leans heavily into display items rather than premium collectibles. And that is where some hesitation starts to kick in.
A $60 Bundle for Mostly Acrylic Merch?
At around $59.99, the pricing feels high for a lot of players, but without some of the things you usually expect at that level. There is no figurine, no artbook, and nothing particularly high-end in the box as of now. Most of it revolves around acrylic stands and small extras, which can feel a bit light depending on what you are hoping for.
The in-game rewards could help justify the price, but those have not been detailed yet, so it is hard to say how much value they really add. For now, it feels more like it would only be worth a $20/30 price tag, and not higher.
To be fair, this kind of bundle is not really aimed at everyone. If you are a fan of Zenless Zone Zero and like collecting merch, especially character-themed items, it might still be an easy pick. HoYoverse also mentioned that more details, and likely more visuals, will be revealed over time.
But if you are just looking at it from a value standpoint, especially for a free-to-play game, this is one of those cases where it is worth taking a closer look before buying it.
For now, it feels less like a must-have and more like something aimed at dedicated collectors rather than the average player.
For those who are interested, according to the official post, you can pre-order it through Panaxgames:

Keep in mind that they will only ship to North America. However, you should be able to find the bundles on Amazon as well for your country. Just be careful, as the delivery fees can be quite high.
