Yet another secret has been discovered in Season 15, which is the continuation of the Lucky Coins questline.
The first Lucky Coin was discovered years ago in the base game, and the Luckier Coin was discovered during Vessel of Hatred. Now, the final part: the Luckiest Coin has also been discovered in Lord of Hatred.
Each of these coins leads to a different piece of Jewelry, and when worn together, they unlock a secret boss fight with the echoes of the Horadrim, which consists of Echo of Lorath, Echo of Neyrelle, and Echo of Donan.

Here is how to find each Lucky Coin and gain access to the fight:
The Lucky Coin
The Lucky Coin can be obtained by looting a special kind of corpse. In the outdoor world, you might have noticed big demons swinging a huge axe over a corpse, which turns it into an interactable object. The Lucky Coin drops from these corpses, but there is a catch. Players must have some Lucky Hit Chance (usually 50% or more) as well as be under the effect of a Shrine of Greed buff.
A good place to try and get this is just north of Duriel’s lair. The green dots on the image show where the corpse event can occur.
Simply go there while having the Greed Shrine buff and the Lucky Hit Chance, and loot the corpse for the Lucky Coin.
But this part doesn’t end here. Next, you will want to go to The Downs in Scosglen and find the Wishing Well.
Throwing the Lucky Coin in the Wishing Well will grant an achievement and the Well-Wisher title.
This can be taken a step further. Having 5 people, each on different classes, throw a coin will drop a Unique ring: the Ring of Misfortune. This is the first piece of jewelry needed.
Alternatively, 2 people can complete this step by having 1 person stand at the Well while the other logs on different classes and teleports to them.
The Luckier Coin
The Luckier Coin can be obtained in Nahantu. You need to find a destructible Container in the outdoor world and destroy it with the effect of a Blasting Shrine. This has a chance to spawn a rat, which you will have to follow for up to 7 minutes and 9 seconds before the rat explodes and drops the Luckier Coin.
A good place to find destructible Containers is in the Restless Canopy in Nahantu, shown on the map:
Once you acquire the Luckier Coin, head to the Samuk Waypoint in south-west Nahantu. Once there, head further south-west, where you will find a Moss-covered Grave.
Interacting with the grave will consume the Luckier Coin and give the Ring of the Jinx.
The Luckiest Coin
In the Skartara area of Skovos, there are 4 rare elites as shown on this map:
A group of 4 players will need to kill these elites within a few seconds of each other, which will then drop the Luckiest Coin at each of the locations.
The Luckiest Coin can then be placed inside a Pillow in southern Temis, right next to The Aegoye dungeon.
You will now have to wait for exactly 24 hours to pass, which will then give you a 2-minute window to loot the Amulet of Dark Omens from the same pillow. This is the final piece needed to access the Horadrim boss fight.
Fighting the Horadrim Council
With all 3 pieces of jewelry equipped, go to Lorath’s old house in the Fractured Peaks.
There you will find a portal titled Echo of the Damned.
Entering the portal will take you to the Horadrim Council fight, which consists of Echo of Neyrelle, Echo of Lorath, and Echo of Donan.
