One of the many secret additions in Season 15 has been the return of Whimsyshire. Inside Whimsyshire, you can find Unicorns and Cuddle Bears, as well as the boss Neigh’relle, who has a low chance to drop a mythic item: The Perfect Cupcake.
Picking up this Perfect Cupcake will grant the Cuddly Conduit, which is a Rainbow Cosmetic Skin for your Town Portal, as well as an achievement.
