Maximum Item Power of Ancestral Items Raised More Than Announced in Diablo 4 Season 2

Here’s a new piece of information and correction from the recent Season 2 stream. Associate Game Director Joe Piepiora clarified that he misspoke during the stream and that the new maximum item power level starting with Season 2 is actually 925. Presumably that means before the +25 upgrade at the blacksmith.

The current maximum breakpoint for affixes doesn’t appear to be changing, so after 725 the only change you will see will be for the weapon damage, armor, resistance, HP and thorns stats.

I mentioned in stream this week that the Ancestral IPower cap was going to be 920 but it’s actually *925*.
