Whispering Keys no longer work from Stash and you need to have them in your inventory.
Previously, you could use them globally from the Stash.

The change was probably implemented in Patch 1.2.0 or via hotfixes, but it didn’t go unnoticed as the community has uncovered it on Reddit.
