Players have been running into an issue where they do not receive a 
Resplendent Spark on their first Uber Lilith kill of the season. Blizzard have addressed this and explained a fix is coming with the next client patch.

We have confirmed that this is a bug and will be addressing this and addressing those who have already completed this task this season in our next version update client patch (2.0.3).
