There’s some new and very useful character customization options present on the Public Test Realm! Blizzard have added much clearer selection visuals for most character options, so let’s take a look.
The Old
Previously, for all customization options from hair to jewelry, tattoos and everything else, you basically had to rotate through all of them to see which one you might prefer.
The New
On the 2.1/Season 7 PTR there are dropdown buttons for most options, opening a small icon box which shows you a general preview of what the customization will be! You can see the grey outline of each hairstyle or tattoo etc., so you have a pretty good idea of what you’re selecting.
This is especially useful with tattoos, as you pretty much very clearly see what you’ll get when selecting one.
Not Just for Character Creation
This applies to all wardrobe changes, of course, so if you’re one of those players who like to change up their look frequently, this will be a big time saver!
So get your facial hair ready for these changes and maybe switch up your look more frequently now that it will be so much easier to do! Season 7 brings many changes with it, and we can’t wait for it to come.
