Blizzard revealed Patch 1.1.1 for Diablo 4 on July 21. The team will discuss more details about the update in this week’s livestream on Friday. Until then, we’ve recapped everything we know about the forthcoming update:
Everything We Know About Patch 1.1.1
- No official release date has been announced for the patch yet, but Blizzard said the “patch would release a few days after the stream on Friday.“
- The devs will post Patch 1.1.1 notes ahead of release so the community can react to the changes.
- The Barbarian and Sorcerer will receive balance updates in the patch.
- The team will go over the Barbarian and Sorcerer aspects to see where they can make changes to make them more viable.
- The mob density in Helltides will go up, but not uniformly. Helltides that currently have a high mob density will not see any changes.
- Mob density in Nightmare Dungeons will be significantly increased.
- An additional stash tab is coming in Patch 1.1.1.
- Respec cost will be cheaper by about 40%.
- Required XP per level will be nerfed in the level 50-100 range.
- The Elixir stack size will be brought up to 99.
- The team will go over existing Aspects and adjust them accordingly.
- A fix for the memory leak is coming in the update.
- The Necromancer “Imperfectly Balanced” passive skill will be fixed/the recent patch change reverted (it was reduced from 3 points to 1 in patch 1.1).
