Season 15 has added tons of secrets and references to older Diablo games, and Reddit user u/JT99-FirstBallot has already discovered a way to unlock and visit Old Tristram from the original Diablo.
Unlocking Old Tristram
It all begins with ten Deckard’s Journals scattered throughout Sanctuary. These journals appear as green dots on the minimap when close to them. u/JT99-FirstBallot has shared a map of their locations.
After all ten have been collected, a quest appears that leads you to the Imperial Library in Caldeum, where a new portal has spawned.
Going through the portal takes you to Old Tristram.
Various NPCs from the original Diablo are located in Old Tristram, including Deckard Cain, Griswold, Ogden, Adria, Wirt, and more.
There are also two side quests available in the zone titled “Ogden’s Sign” and “The Butcher”.
