“Fury Against Fate” is currently bugged on live servers and if you cannot complete the side quest, here is a potential workaround that may fix the issue for you.
Trigger the quest and move to the location shown in the image. Wait until the NPCs finish talking and move to the barricade. If they don’t, leave the dungeon and game, then re-enter.

Alternatively, here’s another method for the issue. Load into the cave, run, and check if the barricade has a health bar. If it does, leave the cave, exit to the character select, load in, and try again.
