It seems the current goblin invasion during the March of the Goblins event extends to Infernal Hordes as well! Now, treasure goblins aren’t anything new in Hordes, as we’ve seen reports of players facing them in the wave mode before.
Frequency Increased?
The appearance of goblins was pretty rare before, with only a handful of reports during the entire season. However, since the March of the Goblins event, it seems they’ve become more frequent in Infernal Hordes as well! There’s plenty of reports of players getting the special wave, and even a video! Unfortunately, the goblins do not drop any loot, only Aether, but it’s still a pretty fun event.

The event ends tomorrow, September 3rd, so you should get to it! Then again it’s possible their frequency isn’t actually increased, and this is just a coincidence, but it’s better to try anyway!
